Dishes include: Seared 52°c beef - Hickory, shallot, beef dripping Butter; roasted scallops - Brown shrimp sand, oyster and champagne foam; 30 hour belly of pork - Crisp langoustines, apple mash; Aged fillet steak - Truffle, cottage pie; Wild sea bass - Horn of plenty, fondant potato, bordelaise sauce; Chocolate - Dark fondant, milk mousse, white ice cream; Cherry soup - Pistachio and cherry beignet, liquorice paint

A full a la carte menu and seasonal specialities are available for dinner and Sunday Lunch along with an extensive wine list.
