Cookery Courses @27

Learn the tricks of the trade in a professional kitchen!

Held monthly on Tuesdays at Restaurant 27, classes will include skills such as making Canapés and Petit Fours; sauce making; cooking meat and fish; bread and pasta making; food preparation.

The format will be a relaxing glass of bubbly on arrival before an hour in the kitchen with the Chef, then sit and eat what you've made (if Chef approves!) with more bubbly.
